Floor Pan Removal

Here's the Beetle...still sitting in our shop. Just waiting for Steve to get done with his thesis and start to work on it. Well, he goes to Stillwater 04/14/06 to defend it...hopefully he'll be done then.

Here is all the parts we've removed, a few that we've purchased, all stored on these shelves. The shelves are actually secured to to wall into the studs.

Steve has actually already started working on the floor pans.

Here is the passenger side floor pan, it's still in place. Very rusty.

Here is the driver's side floor pan, almost completely removed.

Here is the trouble spot that I don't know how we're going to be able to fix. Steve says he can fix it. It's a rusted out hole right where the heater channel attaches on. Yikes!
